Arctic & Northern Seas
Voyage to Iceland, Greenland, and Northern Canada aboard the Seabourn Quest
In August 2018 I joined the Seabourn Quest as a guest lecturer and artist. The trip began in Iceland, and over the next 24 days we ventured up the west coast of Greenland north of the Arctic Circle and then south along the coast of Canada.
During the voyage I created 35 paintings on the ship and while exploring ashore. These paintings are snapshots into each place, and reflect the external and internal influences of the landscape and my personal experience of them.
